The sharp increase of cost of goods, reflected by the decrease of gross profit in 2007 to 17.3% in comparison to 19.1% in 2006, indicate oppourtunities for the company. Despite inflationary pressures on our operating expenses, we were able to maintain it. Such efficiency is attained from increased staff productivity. The reduction of operating expenses to 11.6% of total sales in 2007 compared to 13.2% that 2006 is a good indication of our success.
