It is the duty of all employees to observe such codes and to take account of such guidance and training. In giving the above undertaking the Company intends to comply with Safety, Health, Welfare and Environmental regulations, Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes. The Company also undertakes to conduct its affairs in accordance with the provisions of current Legislation.
